Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions are the master agreement governing the Phoenix Edge website, membership, subscriptions, products, signals, communications, and related services.

1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing the website, creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a product, attending a live session, enabling notifications, or using Phoenix Edge services, you agree to these Terms and the separately published Privacy Policy, Trading Risk Disclosure, and Cookie Policy. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and must provide accurate account and payment information.
2. Membership terms
Phoenix Edge membership provides access to the features described at checkout, which may include educational resources, software tools, indicators, signals, community features, live sessions, and support. Access is personal, non-transferable, and subject to account verification. Features may evolve, and availability can depend on third-party platforms such as TradingView, Stripe, Wix, Zoom, email, browser-push, or community providers.
3. Trial, subscription, and cancellation
The current membership includes a seven-calendar-day trial and then renews at the price and interval disclosed at checkout unless canceled before the trial ends. A payment method is required. Members may cancel at any time through the secure billing controls in account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily leaves access available through the applicable trial or paid-period end. A canceled subscription does not create a retroactive refund except where required by law or expressly authorized in writing by Phoenix Edge Solutions LLC.
4. All sales final and digital access
Membership, digital products, software access, education, community access, tools, indicators, signals, alerts, courses, videos, and downloadable content are final and non-refundable once charged or delivered, except where applicable law requires otherwise or Phoenix Edge Solutions LLC expressly authorizes a different outcome in writing. Report a technical delivery problem promptly so it can be investigated.
5. Merchandise made to order
Phoenix Edge merchandise is made to order. Merchandise sales are final for sizing preferences, buyer's remorse, incorrect customer-entered information, personalization choices, or changes of mind, except where applicable law requires a remedy. Customers must verify size, spelling, color, quantity, personalization, and shipping details before checkout. Report damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or undelivered goods promptly with the order number and supporting photos.
6. Signals and educational-use terms
All signals, alerts, chart images, market commentary, sessions, indicators, examples, and training materials are provided for educational purposes only. They are not personalized financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice and do not create an advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, or account-management relationship. Signals may be delayed, changed, closed, invalidated, or unavailable. You are solely responsible for independently evaluating information, applying risk controls, and deciding whether to trade.
7. Push notifications and electronic communications
Push and optional email notifications require your consent and can be managed in the Member Portal or device settings. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or unavailable because of browser, device, network, or provider conditions. Essential service, billing, security, and legal notices may still be sent while your account is active. Enabling or disabling a notification does not change your subscription or trading responsibilities.
8. Affiliate and third-party disclosure
Phoenix Edge is broker-independent. Phoenix Edge may identify an optional third-party provider or broker and may receive a referral or affiliate benefit if you use an approved link. A third party controls its own accounts, pricing, custody, services, eligibility, execution, and regulatory obligations. An affiliate relationship does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement of results, or requirement to join Phoenix Edge.
9. Earnings, results, and educational disclaimer
Phoenix Edge does not promise or guarantee earnings, income, profit, win rate, performance, or any trading result. Results vary based on experience, decisions, capital, risk, costs, market conditions, and other factors. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Hypothetical, simulated, and backtested results have inherent limitations and may not reflect liquidity, slippage, commissions, execution, or the financial and psychological effects of actual trading.
10. Intellectual property
Phoenix Edge Solutions LLC and its licensors own or control all rights in the platform and its content, including source and object code, software, algorithms, products, indicators, signals, scanners, chart layouts, educational courses, lesson plans, videos, audio, images, downloads, written materials, designs, databases, documentation, trade names, logos, branding, and other proprietary materials. Your membership grants only a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use authorized content for your own lawful educational use. You may not copy, reproduce, record, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, transmit, publicly display, disclose, modify, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any protected material without express written consent from Phoenix Edge Solutions LLC.
11. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: use the platform to distribute spam, misinformation, or illegal content; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, crawl, bypass, probe, or exploit any part of the platform, code, product, indicator, signal system, access control, or third-party integration; share account credentials or protected content with another person; use signals or educational content to engage in market manipulation; harass, threaten, or abuse members, staff, leaders, or community participants; interfere with service availability; impersonate another person; submit fraudulent payment or identity information; or use automated means to extract or redistribute content without written permission.
12. Account security and authorized access
You are responsible for protecting your credentials, devices, and authentication methods and for activity under your account. Notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Phoenix Edge may require identity, membership, payment, or access verification and may restrict concurrent use, credential sharing, abnormal activity, or unauthorized redistribution.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, misuse protected content, threaten platform or community safety, or for another legitimate business or legal reason with reasonable notice where practicable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Termination does not waive obligations that by their nature survive, including payment, intellectual-property, risk, limitation-of-liability, and dispute obligations.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phoenix Edge Solutions LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, data loss, third-party outages, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the platform, products, signals, education, community, or your decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Changes to services and terms
Phoenix Edge may update services and these Terms to reflect operational, legal, security, or product changes. The current version and update date will be posted here. When required, material changes will be communicated and additional consent requested. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
